I can't think of anything specific but like you're at that one part of a game where you're really stuck until you Google and apparently a lot of other people were too

Then it depends on the game

Some games explain poorly

Others have badly design

Or in this case, i am just too dumb to understand what I am supposed to do

I’d say the game was so poorly designed dumb people can’t figure it out on their own. So bit of both.
