I've just been whatever with the diet

I mean I probably should start being healthy or before I'm in my thirties and gigantic

for whatever reason like eating one thing has been making me feel full and feel like crap regardless of what it is so I've just been like screw it food me up

I mean that's more than me and probably a lot of people

Back in my junior high days

We had these strict af gym teachers who gave us push up tests. And if we failed the tests we failed the class

And hey you can still eat junky food and such, just throw in some healthy stuff in the day as well

I don't do situps and stuff everyday because I know myself well enough that if I do it daily I'm going to frustrate myself and cancel it entirely

I just do it 3/5 days I do the bike. I have 2 days a week I just don't

Maybe if I'm not working I can go biking just to get exercise

Not safe to do I think if you're not around people or something

back in my highschool days i almost died from rowing too hard on a bi weekly basis

I still don't understand shadow boxing
But even just punching at the air is so much fun
