Many good ideas that were just poorly executed

Stupid ass CN executives forcing them to make Ben an asshat again

They gave up on Julie and made her extremely annoying for no reason, the show feels completely aimless after Ultimate Kevin is dealt with, and the conclusion to the Dagon story was terrible.
