I did find one really interesting thing in Death Stranding

I might see a playthrough of it

Killing people and just leaving them there ended up with the ghost thingys to appear

I detest the gameplay in metal gear, but the story interests me from the videos I've watched. I'll probably feel the same about death stranding

So you have the choice of "should I kill people or not" but you gotta weigh in on whether it's worth it
