I've seen people wipe down the grease.

so when you fold a pizza it make sure to allow it to escape or els you be biting into grease

Tilt the front down a bit so the grease doesn't leak out the back.

a pizza that doesnt proudce grease means they cooked it perfectly

Do you put stuff like garlic powder or grated cheese on?

It helps soak it up.

sometimes i put garlic powder

and cheese is a must

A bit of fresh olive oil afterwards is nice.

sometimes though i dont eat the pizza with added cheese if its like a specialty slice like meatball
