So, you -can- turn in stuff to the quartermaster from crafting.

Having a guide probably pretty helpful

But you also get seals from completing fates, doing certain quests, and later on roulettes.

At your level, just for the mount, IIRC doing fates isn't a bad idea.

And then you can buy glamour prisms and sell them for pocket change because people are dumb enough to buy them

Especially not with me to help.

But I'm also a maxed crafter, a little lazy sometimes, and it's pocket change.
