As a comic book peasant, I confused the two

Harley Queen animated series is actually good

Bane is the most precious villain to ever exist

Well, since I was first introduced to it via Twitter, it naturally was under a negative lens

With that infamous scene where the show paints "Release the Snyder Cut" supporters as misogynist neckbeards

its funny we got a live action harley quinn in that show for like one episode before the movie happened

yeah they were doing jokes at people's expenses

I don't have much context for it so I don't know if they meant it or not

But it seemed to annoy some people out there

It's clearly a joke at the people who harassed creators for two years straight for not releasing a cut of the movie

Yeah, but what does that have to do with misogyny

Some of them were actually mysoginistic

Which is why they made that joke making fun of them

Whether it's right or wrong is up to you, but I found it hilarious

Isn't that a very small subset though?

Seems weird to go for that angle when it's not representative of the majority

Comedy of the fringe minority never seems to be very effective

It clearly was effective because a lot of people did find it funny

I would like to know what they found funny about it

I find it funny cause the show acknowledged that fanbase while mocking the assholes in it

It's never said that all of them are like that

they also poked fun at btas fans too if i recall
