origins is probably the most hardcore ys title if you want to do everything

yeah thing is, is that there's 3 character stories where you traverse the same tower

I kind of know about that does it matter who you play first

and the only canonical one is unlocked after beating at least one of them, assuming you're playing on console

nah not really. You only have Yunica and Hugo at the start

they're both their own thing

Console port made it a bit faster to unlock Toal

who is the third guy. Just gotta beat the game once as either hugo or yunica

It's a Chinese English version apparently

whereas on PC, you had to beat the game as both yunica and hugo

That's what the update tells me it fixed

ps4 version is super problematic
