well, idk if they are on nightmare

In Sky 1 they like giving all the monsters double turns and sometimes triple turns if it feels wacky

but normally, arts are really op in the sky games

and crafts are not that viable too often

cold steel is the complete opposite

Theoretically I see the balance as arts being very powerful at the cost of casting time.

If the balance they managed to hit is good, that's another story
