Like the ff14 endgame you need to figure out what's best in sloth and then what proper material to put in and stuff I just find that annoying call it laziness casual whatever I just want to find the weapon with the bigger stat and then put it on

and was not looking for challenge in the games i played

so i just picked normal with no intention of harder difficulties

i did get ys 7 at the same time as well. Ys 7 was my first Falcom game and that's one of the first games I played where the challenge actively excited me and enticed me to keep playing

The earliest they can maybe think is ys7

But I did early so I can think is that game I steam rolled it on normal mode and I was like that was just incredibly easy

Rhythm paradise was challenging enough for me tbh ?

in ys seven the final boss was such a massive difficulty spike for me

There was a time I used to only do standard mode also in Kingdom Hearts those days are long gone

It was kind of cool I mean you could have multiple parties like ff7

Although I think you can only have the two party set up in the end game and 7 if you unlock the bonus characters

Ys 7 was also the first game i think to make me really give a shit about music in gaming

Music is now a pretty important part of what I like in a game now

I remember reaching the first boss and i was jaw dropped amazed when the theme began to play

Had to pause and really take it in. Never felt that sort of adrenaline before that point

I've listened to it so much now that its majesty is lost on me but I've easily listened to this 1,000 plus times. Left a huge impression on me.
