I have never played a trails game but aren't they really niche? that's probably why

they're quite niche

i'm gonna give cold steel 1 a 9/10 and trails from zero a 4/10 and the fanbase is going to team up to doxx me

Alanah Pearce who worked at IGN for several years mentioned in one of her videos that big media outlets like IGN will never review smaller games because it's basically a waste of time for them

and tbh it's best they don't review trails

god knows what horrors they'd cause

IGN almost didn't review Persona 5 because they didn't believe in the games success

It's another niche title

Persona isn't really niche now

with it being in Smash

P5 blew up somehow but I don't blame them for thinking that

p4 was big but

it was still quite niche

I meant before it's release

It was big in the anime community but not in general

It's also important to understand the context at the time since P5 had gone through development hell
