But the va thinks that the old cast is likely to come back, he can still do Neku's voice pretty perfect too

I know it would but doesn’t the English va for Neku being able to openly talk about the possibility just mean there’s less chance

I can’t imagine they’d bother with recasting everyone

If he was cast he would be under NDA to not talk about it until he's allowed to

He said he hadn't been approached but he also said it would make sense to use the og VAs

all we know is funimation is "handling" overseas, whatever that can include

They never think about it during the production of making the anime

It's shoved to the last second and another western team takes over to do it

That's not the case for games though

So I assumed with TWEWYs uniquer position they'd consider it

Games is different because of the amount of shit you have to add and fix to make it work

With animation they don't, which is why dubbing is a pain because they are forced to make the lines fit in with what the Japanese said
