In addition, you will be able to use your PSN services from almost anywhere, I believe the only exception is mainland China where services are blocked. You may find problems with purchasing games however; for example, I had difficulty with a UK PSN account registered with a UK credit card buying games when I was not in the UK. However, if I used a UK PayPal account attached to my UK credit card then that wasn’t a problem, as long as I did it on the PS4 itself.
