congested means there's too many people on the server and you can transfer out for free

uh

i play ragnaros

a while back they split the servers they added a third Center and rearrange the servers around a bunch so you were able to get a free transfer for those couple of weeks

basically became the RP server but I have too many friends here to leave

and I play with friends mostly anyway so I don't have to deal with randos being super bad at the game because they're too busy ERPing or sonthin

i cant deal with RP servewrs
