Come to it with a list of topics. And try not to ramble on too much, cause it might make the listener tune out

General Podcast advice:
1) Keep the conversation going
2) know your facts hard if you know any, be ready with evidence to back it up (cite your sources)
3) speak slow and clear. Excitement is awesome but it's not worth it if people can't understand you
4) Have fun! Never forget it
