Try one thing and see if it starts normally or not

Take out the sim card and SD card and try rebooting it again

It does turn on eventually after around 20 minutes

I had a similar issue with a phone of mine a few years back

The issue was the battery

It became fat

Im getting soon an android phone, so it won't be such a shame to convert from apple

Any chance you are able to take out the battery in any way?

yeah, there's nothing wrong with the battery as far as i know
