the fact they got this far baffles me

I find it strange how allegations for harassment take so long to come to light. It's as if there is a hold so these cases can be made into major newspieces to distract from other events and they pan out to occur bit by bit.

Like red herring newspieces when people are still hung up over other events going on or that were recent

But for victims, it's especially sad that it took such a long amount of time.

@Inçendyne It's never easy for victims to talk about these things..

It doesn't help that others abuse the ability to post allegations, which end up being false to defame someone like an actor or politician to create a scandal, sully a campaign reputation, or make it difficult for them to get hired.

and even worse, some victims do talk about it before such big, blowup cases like this.. but they're ignored
