Oh, btw, dunno if you knew this but. Behind one of the doors was this really peaceful area, and a poem. This music was playing (a rearrangement of one of the themes from the first game, which is also the menu theme in this game)

Turns out it's a memorial to a developer on the first game who died only aged 19...
