Or rather, knows it.. but the thing about Pokémon, right.. I don’t think hiring more staff is hard at all.. but what might be hard actually,is the fact that the majority of people who’d love to work on Pokémon.. let’s say 80-90%.. are all westerners/overseas, and not in Japan

......... That sounds like a lot of bull. Like, Ofc a lot of westerners would want to work on pokemon but I highly doubt Japanese young adults that want to be game devs are all that different from western counterparts

Also if you don’t think so, you should see things like Danganronpa and Battle shonen.. they go in on death and murder, etc, but they’re marketed at teens usually over there.. things like Danganronpa get marketed as M here though

Either way, They can easily outsource the model making y'know, like they did before with the gamecube pokemon games

they’ve been handling the models since Gen 6

...... and the models are all future proofed too so really there is no excuse
