for starters, he got about halfway through ARR and skipped ARR and dont Heavensward and SB

The second half of ARR is actually good though.. it kinda sets up a lot

the video wasnt a review it was just him talking about the issues he had with the game then ended video with the good stuff in endgame comment and is excited to try out endgame stuff
