but nobody really took notice of it till now.

That manager is kinda creepy for encouraging the notion of the flirting and sexual harassment, Steph.
I figured some might want to say compliments to make someone feel nice or even set a person up w/ someone like their son or nephew, but it's gone borderline creepy.
And I'm guessing it's being going on for the other associates for so long b/c these men have been given the idea that it was okay to flirt the way the do. If they have that mentality, who knows what else they feel they can get away w/ at that middle-aged magnet center. I would've blame you if you socked one of them square in the nose if they ever went to reach over to you inappropriately. People have to learn rudimentary principles someway and when enough is enough. If they cross the line, someone should show them that it isn't okay or will continue and possible go too far.
In rejection for something unprofessional like that, it's okay to get out of being mindlessly friendly and saying something like "look, I'm sure you're nice, but I'm not interested and you're making me uncomfortable, so please stop before I call my manager." It definitely gives you every right to cry. ?
