Like that school shooting that happened last year... apparently the neighbors and a bunch of kids from school knew he was always doing and saying weird shit.. and they never tried to help him or get him help..

I guess the biggest mistakes we make is thinking that people will never go as far as we think they can

Yea.. that is true..

But I know now what some people are capable of.. like this isn’t doing something to others, but to themself.. I had a best friend commit suicide I college.. and had no idea.. so now if I even hear someone say they are thinking about killing themself or jokingly dropping it.. but I can kinda tell there is some truth behind their words.. I drop everything and try to work with them, and I contact anyone I can to get them some help

It may be an over reaction sometimes.. but you really don’t know how far someone will go.. so I don’t take chances..

Overreact and you merely helped someone who didn't need it. Underreact and you fail to help someone who does.

Exactly.. like if I just took it as they were joking.. and then they actually do it.. I wouldn’t be able to forgive myself for not even trying..

And then disaster strikes
