Hmmm, well firstly I probably would have sent a follow up sooner, so that your work is still in their minds and it reflects your interest in the position a bit more. Although ya never know they might remember you still. The email is short which is good. Not sure about wonderful rest of your week, doesn't sit right for me but see what Goldy says or even Incen.
