Not really, if the characterisations in KH3 stayed consistent, and 0.2 characterisations actually flows fairly well with this scene, then there's no reason why not to consider this in character

Riku acting like a bodybuilder and being ignorant has never been his thing

I mean it's not inconsistent with his character to be into training

Also I'm fairly certain he was being sarcastic, plus the memory joke was more of a meta thing

He could easily have been exercising himself and kairi came out of nowhere

Rather than having him be a stoic plank of wood

He was well represented in the other games

Most characters were well represented once upon a time
