Re:Mind Kairi is quite a buffer but also a heavy hitter that should have an attack skill. She has GAU, GDD, UAU, UDD, PSMAU, PSMDD, slight gauge restoration, healing, and count up. She is missing the Esuna aspect that you would normally see on a Kairi/Xion buffer, but her boost effects (not SN, just Special) last for two turns.

Now Naminé is quite something as she has a bit of boost as well as the low gauge cost w/ UAU, UDD, RAU, and RDD, just less gauges than the Kairi and Xion medals she succeeds.

She can get a DB skill or an SC skill.

You're going to really want AED and GED to deal real damage and EA is great is you need doubled effect unless there is a gauge issue or enemy counter issue.

There is a pin for some acronyms.

You may not want to equip more than one in a setup if there are other medals that would benefit from those slots.

R13 of the Chasm of Challenges would be more doable w/ her since she meets the gauge cost requirement.

Certain proud, critical, and chasm challenges have restrictions on which medals can be used and we're often locked to a certain keyblade for them.

Some of those are extra and advanced, though

Other Events are often more rewarding.

something to point out about your initial request: there is no single goat setup. with the game changing as much as it does, setups will have to be changed too. on top of that, certain setups are better for certain content and worse for others. you could make a magic raid setup which cuts through speed raid bosses, but that same setup would be a lot less effective against an enemy in coliseum (or against a power raid boss, for example)

your keyblades each have three setup slots (the official term is apparently "carousel"). ideally, you want to use one setup to cover standard story, event, and coliseum content. another can be for specific events or proud mode (the kind that limit you, for example), and the third can be for something like raiding (though not every keyblade needs to have a dedicated raiding setup). over time, you'll learn which attributes you have the best medals for, and you'll tend to favor those keyblades.
for example: at one point, i had some amazing speed medals and a great setup on sleeping lion (a proud mode keyblade). i used to take that setup into everything outside of raiding and limited setup content, even if i was at a disadvantage. but over time, my setups changed, and while my sleeping lion setup is still good, it's no longer my go-to setup. heck, fairy stars used to be everyone's favorite keyblade and now it's rarely used

as for KA25, it's a good medal but nothing extraordinary, it just has high stats, no unique thing like defense piercing or reflect

Kairi buffs more. Make sure to just do the ten-ticket pulls unless it's the end and your remaining amount is more than zero but less than ten.

ka25 is similar to ka24, but a little less effective since it's a freebie medal if you can get it
