It’s really helpful. I’ve been pushing people that join the party to join the server as well, but not as much as others and not kicking them w/o it. Although, it’s harder to know if they'll be interested in staying, so they’re less likely to get the boot if they are inactive and I need to vacate a spot for someone else.
