I also think Lauriam is suspicious. In a recent cutscene the Ava told Brain that the Dandelions shouldn’t know each other just yet when she appointed Brain. 
 

if Dandelions are supposed to be a well kept secret it’s kind of dumb to name siblings as Dandelion leaders. Strelitzia is safe, Lauriam....

Angel is a woman, she has a white/black/red/orange palette, she has weird bangs like strel hair, and strelitzia is the name of a flower also called bird of paradise (angels)

But the reaper mech is likely Lauriam's sister.

Think of her as a guardian angel.
