So I've seen the video in other places and decided to find the original because I wasn't sure if it was drug related like I assumed. But from what I found it looks like it's a person passed out from drug usage on the street in new york city. I couldn't find anything about what happens after the video. But I'll take it down if it's disturbing and/or take the hit from a mod warning
