You’re assuming that the Tunes would actually give a shit and not just immediately run off to do their own things like in Space Jam.

Actually, this brings up an interesting discussion. Part of why I feel Disney works in KH is because it mostly takes itself seriously. Even Mickey and Goofy and so forth have taken on serious roles and proven themselves capable of emotional depth. Looney Tunes? Not so much. Bugs knows how to be funny and ONLY how to be funny. He wouldn’t match the tone for a second.

True enough- one thing that makes Disney enduring and endearing is how serious its committed to itself. Kingdom Hearts is like that too.
