You have vanitas in the real org paired with Xehanort and you already know what happens. We use the vanitas BBS novel ver. so you can probably piece together what happens to him.

For dark riku, yes, he is the same replica from the original repliku, but with some major differences. We don't know how far his memories go since he has always stated back in what happened in kh1. In my theory, Vexen still had some data left from the old repliku to recreate a new vessel for xehanort.

I think if anyone needs redemption, it’s Terra. He has a lot to answer for; albeit not all intentional.
