And a game that was made specifically for the latter console.

I know Though kingdom hearts 2 was relased like a year before ps3 came out...

so they probably componsated for people with flatscreen tvs

Still doesn't mean the game adjusted to a wide screen.

I think-

nah id think by that time they probably did componsate

I may be wrong though. Most of my childhood I played on a box/crt tv.

yeah in the early 2000 its understandable that people were using crt tv's

afterall flatscreen tvs were rather expensive

but, once we got to mid to late 2000s i would say people got the flatscreen tvs

especially knowing that the next gen consoles were literally hd

With this image the game did run on flat screens, the hud was just stretched

late 2000s sure

but like, crt sales peaked in 2005

they were still around

that's actually a fair point

did it had hdmi? curious because the xbox 360 was getting released at the time

Do as much arguing as you want, go ahead and time travel back to make yourself happy 😂 (not trying to be mean, just poking a joke :))

and kh2 started development after kh1 and was being made alongside CoM, it's valid if it doesn't look the best on flatscreens cause not everyone could afford them, and stuff like super cool hd wasn't as big a thing for most people

like it would've been very stupid for microsoft to literally make their console only work on flatscreen vs after most people bought crt tvs in 2005

Nope- kinda?? Had those red white and yellow cords

Iirc, had the multi-colored cords and hdmi

So had both I believe.

yeah so people were using crts for their xbox 360 and ps3 at launch it seems

Mhm

What year were you born?

Out of curiosity

i was born too late to expience having a crt

way too late in fact

like 2006 i was born...

though my family did have a couple wide screen tvs though

shoutout to the original 360
Microsoft-Xbox-360-Pro-Console-BR.jpg

i blew this firetrucker up while playing naruto the broken bond 😔

That explains it lol

no i mean, the tvs i have in my room i use is literally from early to mid 2000's

Yeah...

kinda interesting to know that people did use crts for the 7th gen consoles too

at least during the earlier years of it

its kinda weird to think about these modern games being run on a crt

sounds kinda odd

these modern games like xbox 360 and ps3 games aged perfectly today
