Most likely. Disney is very particular about how they want their characters to look. Donald infamously went through like FIVE redesigns before finally getting greenlit.

Some bad news for you collectors of KH manga and novels. Yen Press's license with Disney has expired with no renewal at this time. So all KH novels and manga have been delisted from all stores
