I've had that wall setup for a while now

Awesome!

Has any kingdom hearts fan ever thought of creating a similar game, manga, anime or anything else that is inspired by kingdom hearts ?

I’ve thought about creating KH themed children’s books; specifically focused on the interactions between Sora, Riku, and Kairi.

Or just an abbreviated KH1 book in the style of those classic Disney books on the tape. You know, the ones that go “turn the page when you hear the chimes ring like this”? You know the ones.

Man, I wish we have genuine interactions between the Kingdom Hearts characters like that children's book idea from Samnella.

Sounds awesome.
If you ever try it. Good luck on that project!
Would also like to create content based or inspired by kingdom hearts. But unfortunately do not know what exactly.
Like should it be a game, manga, anime, book, music or something else. And you need the knowledge, tools and resources for each of them.
There are too many possibilities. Probably also stuff that is not listed here.

I just think KH has a lot of untapped potential with kids. Like...Disney could expand the market SO easily if they really wanted to. There are prime opportunities for books, TV shows, and films for KH that I think kids are more than capable of understanding. And that's to say nothing of the IMMENSE merchandising options!

Put Sora on a backpack or lunchbox? Boom. EVERY kid will be talking about it.

I would love nothing more than to make that a reality. GOD if only I could pitch this concept to Disney!

Do not know exactly. But does Nomura not have some big voice if it is in the matter of kingdom hearts ?

Like he has also to give his consent if it is about Sora. Because Sora is his son ?

Same.

I believe that is the case, yes.

Legally Nomura couldn’t stop Disney if Disney wanted to do something with Sora but Disney is mostly hands off when it comes to KH

Unless it turns out Nomura held some kind of intellectual rights to Sora which would require his consent like Zahn does with Mara Jade for SW but I dunno if that’s the case
