Can you level up forms in no experience runs? If not, how TF do you get the drive abilities

Also I had no idea, but in the room where you get valor form in the mysterious tower, there are 6 mirrors that each have a description of a different form, including anti form

I think so yeah, cause none of them are tied to per say

Like master still should level up by drives

Ok sick sick, yeah I was able to level valor but I think I'm capped until I get another drive form
