I know these aren't technically spoilers, but...

KH3 chat is for gameplay too, you can compare there

Though, the air combos do come out faster, and with testing, apparently you can fall faster than 2,iirc?

Right sorry ?

All the team has to do is strict the air combos so you’re not floating all of the place when combining towards an enemy.

Maybe they can perfect the combo in KH4.

I say KH4 and not KH3:FM.

Because a new title seems more logical to improve on character control than a Complete edition of a current title.

I think I talked that guy down a bit

You definitely did

I really appreciate your level headedness

I cant help but add a little dig in

I still disagree with most his points about KH2 problems, like I think they were pretty self contained in 2.

But he seems to have stopped replying now so maybe he's let it go, lol.

I would say KH2 is a much more complete game on its own compared to 3.

KH2 FM clears up some plot threads that were not explored and adds some new ones.

Content wise.. not necessarily,in some aspects.. the game with the most complete content is probably 1,actually,though

Like,talking base game,here

Not really though, since the original release lacked the extra super bosses that the american release had

yeah it happened more often because they had more development time between the jp and us releases

But overall,KH1 did have more to it as a base game than 2 and 3 did, even going past the fact that US version would have more time put to it,and including it as well

True KH1 at launch had far more super bosses, was the most self contained story in the series, and its combat while clunky is still fun

KH1 had more post game exploration than 2, what with trinities, Dalmatians and how much more complex the level design was

Comparing base 1 to base 2 here

Indeed...

And,i'm not knocking two, since it's a good game,yes.. and i like all the KH games

I would say KH2s combat did make up for some of the failings in its level design in most places.

But thats a matter of taste in combat

Yeah I see what you mean, it can come down to personal thoughts by then

That's fair,but.. actually looking at the three,"main" games here

It's easy to say KH1 had more things in it than 2 did

Combat is good.. but if we're talking complete games here, going from 1 to 2 can possibly be jarring with how much wasn't there, originally. Vanilla KH2,as good as it is,is indeed a bit rough... I could never go back from FM to vanilla 2,it's just.. yeah

At least they both had coliseum, which was more fleshed out in KH2

Oh of course.. It did. But if we're talking overall,well..

KH2 has more variety in its coliseum but I prefer KH1's still

Like,look here... KH2 vanilla lacked:
Limit Form
Cavern of remembrance
Data Battles
Silhouettes
Roxas Fight
Critical Mode
Stickers
Lingering Will
Mushroom XIII
And Dodge roll

And i reemmber a time when vanilla Kh2 was all we had,it was basically like "Haha, what's the point of magic at all?Reflect?Pfft, who needs it?"

Then comes in KH2FM swinging and going "Oh,cute, you thought you didn't need reflect,eh?"

"Time to teach you your place, gamer nort_eyes "

KH1 did lack some things, like the rare heartless encounters, a few cutscenes, and the Unknown boss fight. It is substancially less than what KH2 lacked
