Not a single thing, not a SINGLE thing that was in the casual sphere led people to believe that KH3 was not a finale. It has the hype of a finale, it has the plot of a finale, even anally retentive fans can point you to like five different instances where KH3 was referred to, from Nomura himself, as a finale

hot take for me is kh3 has the best soundtrack in the series cuz the remixes are the best they've ever been and it has a decent amount of original songs
