Yeah I felt like certain ones would do a lot more on the finisher attack so I’m not sure those ones are pointless in that regard

what matters most is how you optimize your CP and making sure that certain keyblades end up in the right spot for your attacks

Yeah as long as you set up card decks right you're good

The game never really demands you to optimize recovery, thrust, etc

Yeah I mostly concerned myself with worrying about the cost of things more so than where they were tbh

even on the hardest diff haha

Proud mode feels about the same as standard

You just die faster

@Novayon I recommend whenever you level up, place priorty on Sleights, then CP and then HP

Yeah I don’t think damage values are even tweaked across difficulty aside from how much you take

Fun fact, it wasn't until several hours of dying to Axel 2 that I realised how zero cards worked

so sleights aren't too important right now

since you don't know many

but later on they become pretty absurd once you learn good ones

one thing to keep in mind tho

is that you can use level 2 and 3 magic right off the bat

if you have 2 fire cards for instance and stack them, you can use fira

and 3 for firaga

you don't have to learn those separately

Thing is at lower levels sleights use cards up too quickly

yeah you need a lot more CP to use sleights properly

For the most part hp means nothing in kh chain of memories

So I’d stick to leveling up the other stuff first

it's more insurance than anything

I just realized chain of memories is the only game where the Keyblade never changes form

Like you don’t get new Keyblades, you get new cards

which is nice imo

something i wish they did

but i guess they were too lazy to do so

was to animate in the other keyblades depending on the card you were using

i feel like that would've been disorienting lol

attack kingdom key, crab claw, now oblivion lol

depends on how they were animated in i think

if it were a flash of light every time you swiped that could turn disorienting very fast

might be possible now on UE4
