well, at least Kingdom Key is canonically the most important keyblade to the series outside of the X-blade

having it choose you gave sentience to the Keyblade and let the weapon choose the master, which made you feel special

The keyblade back in KH1 was alot like Mjolnir from thor

you had to be worth to wield it

and it would only people who can use it is its master

no one else can pick it up or hold it for long

Keyblades in BBS onward were just more like tools really

thats why i recommend playing in release order

if you play in chronological order, you lose the magic of kh1
