What would ever motivate Xemnas to give the Organization a day off?

When the heartless go into hiding?

Maybe if you'd get on Xemnas's "good" side, he'd probably be a chill dude ?

i mean xemnas knows this is hard work, and he understands if hes having people work for him, he needs to have standards for their working conditions

If their living 'standards' are so important, then why do they have really solid beds

i mean we dont know exactly how solid they are

in the manga they have a gym

i bet the place has a snack machine somewhere in there
