Posted November 20, 201014 yr Do anyone want the Drive forms to come back? Don't want the next games battle system be a watered down version of BBSlike ReCoded What kind of summons you want? more FF or more Disney Do you wish to alternate party members? Well I wanted to open a thread talking about that to see everyone's opinion on the futuer battles system. You don't have to answer the questions above, they're just introductions
November 20, 201014 yr How about having all of the party members to be Keyblade wielders at one point, due to selection of available characters, and maybe the ability two switch between characters when you would like.
November 20, 201014 yr drive forms shoot locks summons (ff) battle systems like kh 2 no gummie ships if gummie ships then kh2 style and multiplayer
November 20, 201014 yr Do anyone want the Drive forms to come back? Only if they're not overpowered or make the game as easy. Don't want the next games battle system be a watered down version of BBSlike ReCoded Don't knock it till you try it. It's been changed enough to not be just a "watered down BBS system" Imo, the command deck system is the best battle system that's been introduced to the series. What kind of summons you want? more FF or more Disney Do you wish to alternate party members? No summons. I'd prefer something along the lines of a D-link. Well I wanted to open a thread talking about that to see everyone's opinion on the futuer battles system. Asides from what you mentioned, I'm gonna go off for a bit. Seems like the 3D battle system would be something along the lines of CoM, not necessarily with a card/deck system, but one in which there would be various different ways to implement. Sounds pretty interesting, don't you think? I'd like for them to take this route in the future, instead of sticking to button mashing systems. Along with future KH titles having systems that couldn't be included in Versus, it's something to look forward to.
November 20, 201014 yr Well, it wouldn't say that Re:coded's battle system is a watered down version of BBS, considering that it's the best battle system ever. And I preffer the D-Links than summons, they're way better. And the drive forms, I'm not sure wheater to say I want them back or not. And I would pnly want party members if Square-Exix decides to make them a little stronger and not overpowered like they were in BBS.
November 20, 201014 yr i like D-Links but the downside about them is that you cant use them when teaming up with another character. I WANT TO BE ABLE TO USE A D-LINK, WHENEVER I WANT!
November 20, 201014 yr i like D-Links but the downside about them is that you cant use them when teaming up with another character. I WANT TO BE ABLE TO USE A D-LINK, WHENEVER I WANT! What's the point of having a D-Link while with a partner? You really don't need them since most of your partners is basickly overpowered. Besides, you're only with a party member for a short time.
November 20, 201014 yr Author Only if they're not overpowered or make the game as easy. Agreed. I really like them and don't want them to go away until Ven goes back. Don't knock it till you try it. It's been changed enough to not be just a "watered down BBS system" Imo, the command deck system is the best battle system that's been introduced to the series. I think so too but I don't want almost every Battle system to be to similar to it to the point is feels old and over done. That's why I said what I said about Coded, cause hopefully that were it ends. Besides I think it should only be used wile playing as TVA at some point. No summons. I'd prefer something along the lines of a D-link. Me like summons . Seems like the 3D battle system would be something along the lines of CoM, not necessarily with a card/deck system, but one in which there would be various different ways to implement. Sounds pretty interesting, don't you think? That do sound interesting. I'll like to see how they'll pull that off.
November 20, 201014 yr How about having all of the party members to be Keyblade wielders at one point, due to selection of available characters, and maybe the ability two switch between characters when you would like. i like this idea ^_^
November 20, 201014 yr How about having all of the party members to be Keyblade wielders at one point, due to selection of available characters, and maybe the ability two switch between characters when you would like. Sounds ok with that opinion. But then it would make most fans lose the feel of having Disney Characters as your party members. Like Donald and Goofy.
November 20, 201014 yr You know what would be cool for a D-Link? Rather than just getting a bunch of character specific commands, Sora could actually adopt the stance and fighting style of the linked character. Giving him new combos and such. This could especially interesting for characters like Disney Princesses, who have no fighting style, and as such could be very technical magic users that disallow or greatly nerf regular attacks.
November 20, 201014 yr i want to have keyblade wielders as party member like sora kairi riku or sor karir aqua or terra ven and sora and sora mickey aqua etc
November 20, 201014 yr i want to have keyblade wielders as party member like sora kairi riku or sor karir aqua or terra ven and sora and sora mickey aqua etc But Kairi isn't technecly a keyblade weilder.
November 20, 201014 yr She can wield a keyblade, as such she is a keyblade wielder. She's just not a keyblade summoner
November 20, 201014 yr She can wield a keyblade, as such she is a keyblade wielder. She's just not a keyblade summoner Anyone can weild a keyblade. All they have to do is have it in their hand until the owner wants it back. However, Kairi has been shown to have proficiency at using a Keyblade, and has inherited the ability to have a Keyblade thanks to Aqua, she just hasn't unlocked her ability to do so as of yet, like Riku didn't unlock his Keyblade until right into the later parts of KHII.
November 20, 201014 yr Author How about having all of the party members to be Keyblade wielders at one point, You mean like having Terra, Riku, Aqua, Mickey, Ven ect. being party members at some point? Sounds ok with that opinion. But then it would make most fans lose the feel of having Disney Characters as your party members. Like Donald and Goofy. I think Donald and Goofy will always be a party members for Sora. They've always have been, taking them away from Sora is like taking the Keyblade from him.
November 20, 201014 yr How does this get more replies than my KH future thread.... . But anywhoo, I'd love for the allies to be more in depth. Especially the temporary ones (like Tron and Aladdin). They need to be worth your time and effort and ap ups, lol

Hey that's a really good idea! (Sora uses the Cinderella D-Link and tries attacking a Heartless but it's like trying to kill the Heartless with a teddy bear, lols, that would be great.)

Nope. Any person who can wield a keyblade without teleporting pack to the owners hand is a keyblade wielder. Leon and Jack both could only hold it for a while before it warped back into Soras hand.

Leon and Jack both could only hold it for a while before it warped back into Soras hand. That wasn't the point I was making. Anybody can hold onto a keyblade and swing it about to destroy heartless or whatever, but a Keyblade Weilder is someone who can actively summon a keyblade. Provided they have the makings, then a person can become a keyblade weilder. Kairi has the ritual performed on her, and provided she fulfils the right set of conditions, then she'll get a keyblade, just as Riku did.
November 23, 201014 yr I want reaction commands, shot locks, drive forms, and all that back for future KH games
Do anyone want the Drive forms to come back?
