kingdomlanelover 494 Posted November 20, 2010 Okay so I was reading something on ign about when kh3 may be coming out. As all of you know, kh3 will not come out for the kh 10th anniversary in 2012. I was reading and it stated that it was confrimed by TN (the creator, I don't know how to spell his name.) that kh3 will not be coming out until after ff verues 13 comes out. Then it also stated that kh3 will not come out until ff agito 13 comes out. Ign said that ff agito 13 will probably not be coming out until after ff verues 13. Sir Adamus 1 Posted November 20, 2010 Well, the only reason that KH3 is not in development right now is because the Kingdom Hearts development team (the ones that made KH1 and 2) are working on Versus XIII. So, when they're done with that, that's presumably when KH3 will go under development. Don't know why IGN mentioned Agito XIII, but then again, IGN is never a valuable source for information. Tails 6,692 Posted November 20, 2010 Kh3 is not in developement yet because of FF Versus XIII. And KH3 is not coming out in 2012, most likely KH3D is coming out in that year. Square-Enix said that when they're done with FF versus XIII then they will begin with KH3. So we will have to wait longer for news on KH3 and versus XIII. Sir Adamus is write, IGN is not the most reliable source for gaming news. They always get their facts wrong on games. And IGN never even mentioned anything about Agito XIII as far as I know. So will we have to wait longer for kh3 to come out? And if so, how much longer? KH is completely unrelated to Agito, as Nomura only serves as the character designer for that title. Development on KH3 is dependant only on the completion of Versus. And it's actually wrong. SE says that Agito will probably come out before Versus, but since we have so little information on the rest of the FNC compilation, you'll have to wait until Fabcon on January 11. So, it's no longer in development. Besides, the only other KH game the developers for re:coded was 358/2 Days. The people who develop Versus XIII have only done KH1 and 2. BbS FM is being developed by the same team that developed re:CoM who, again, didn't develop KH1 and 2. Not so sure about 3D, but that's still early in development, and it's far enough along in development that it's getting a release title for next year (or early 2012). heartless101 83 Posted November 23, 2010 The reason that they are not developing KH3 is because that the developers of KH and KH2 are developing Final Fantasy Versus XIII.
