it's incredible how much difference critical mode makes on this guy, and not just difficulty wise

beating him on proud was rewarding, but you can tank a certain amount of hits

on critical, you really have to learn a firetruckton more, and i've learned so much more about this fight than I thought existed

having 2 parts during the DM where you can stagger him is actually insane

there might be more for all i know

i don't even feel mad when I die, it's just fun

anyone got any tips to beat MX and Xion?

for xion, you can use ariel to deplete her armor bar during both DMs

not 100% reliable, but it can help in clutch moments

during her third strike raid, she's vulnerable, though you might already know that

the only hit from her that can stun you from my experience is when she goes directly above you and slashes you

i've heard others say the oathkeeper and oblivion shotlocks work well on her armor bar

for xehanort, i recommend a freeze prevention accessory

i don't have anything specific for him, but a lot of the dodges and blocks you do with him are surprisingly simple. I think the lasers are just there to scare you with how many there are

two things i can say for xehanort actually are, when he throws the x-blade which forms a blizzard, you can stand close to him and guard it before he performs it to stagger him

later on in the fight, there's a point where a firetruckton of red lasers are going to spawn one after another, xehanort will randomly appear in the middle of the barrage and you can stagger him

well not randomly, but it's just a very dead giveaway

since he doesn't do anything and just stands there

i usually don't like HMK's theory videos at all

but his newest one is actually fairly interesting, it contains a thought i haven't seen portrayed yet

about how by 'saving sora', he means not actually saving him in the traditional sense, but in more of the saving him for later sort of way

Of course use double form and have it's ready

having both oathkeeper and oblivion is so nice

for 2 double forms

Just use a multi hit shotlock like oblivion on her as she is turning gold then block final pillar counter armor Gone

The way they utilized his mechanics from 2 and ddd, the vines and the constant barriers is amazing

I had fun with all the fights minus Saix

Found him pretty unfun

The berserk mechanic is so annoying

All the data fights have pog music

All of the other fights are pretty fair in learning what to do and why

Saix is just constant aggression
