I thought there inclusion in the credits was stupidly hilarious. Oh hey look we were in every single event all along. I mean some parts were fine like with Namine but things like the Twilight Town appearance were pushing it.

i think it was just to give them some cute moments

Also remember the debate on whether or not the gang were looking at Kairi at the tree and if Sora was really there? Guess team they looked at the tree wins Yeah sure but I thought it was a little dumb at that point where it just became the camera panning up to say Oh look who was here all along I just couldn't contain myself.

And yes it was mostly the twilight town one. The fireworks and Namine were enough.

they likely removed the mickey calming donald down scene because it was too confusing to the player what was going on

I thought that was what made it obvious

That was my main reasoning for them knowing Kairi and Sora were there

in this one having everyone slowly look over and smile to see that they are back makes the scene feel more cohesive

Because Donalds reaction wouldn't make sense otherwise.

Well, clearly the way it is now is that they were both there and they saw him disappear.

It's clear Mickey was stopping Donald from rushing to the scene and Mickey trying to give them space. Cause in the end Mickey knows what will happen.

Thankfully we actually have context and know What's actually going on in him disappearing all the sudden without the context That's why it was so bad originally
