So far my favorite parts of re:mind are the playable characters, explorable Scala, the Guardians of Light vs Xehanort and the Story adding more to the original plot making it feel more complete.

Sora: i wish i had this since olympus, this is awesome

Who really knows anyways, first off Sora should have sealed all the keyholes in the sleeping worlds back in 3D to get it, and then he almost became a Xehanort vessel and failed. But then Yen Sid basically says "go to the Disney worlds in the Realm of Light in order to get the power" and that is it. No clarification of the method, it's just a blind "go places and see what happens". So it's broken in that regard.

theoretically any keyblade wielder could attain the power of waking if they wanted to

Yeah that's what I mean

but he didnt even use it then

just door and then they went

power of waking didnt make the door though

the door is just there

because of riku calling out to sora or some sh*t

It's just interesting how nonsensical it actually is. We are never told how keyblade wielders normally attain the power, and considering how hard it is to actually enter the Realm of Sleep I doubt that that is the only method to get the Power of Waking.

Makes you thonk

yeah, and were never told if this is something that happens to other keyblade wielders in the past

like where the heck did yen sid even learn about this nonsensical power

We are missing key metaphysical rules

The Power of Waking is nonsense built on top of quicksand

Sora is mega optimist goals. When presented with a room of doors he unlocks every door. soradab

I think they mean more in how its obtained and used.

And then it's used to do far more than what it's supposed to

why can it rewrite reality

like why is it even allowed to do that

how is the power to awake a sleeping heart the same one that can alter the course of history itself

these are 2 think that dont actually add up

The power that can bring someone back from the dead LMAO

Sleeping = death apparently

they touch, but you know kairi was only mostly dead

"But it makes sense, it kills you in return"

You can't have that, characters that died should stay dead smugxemnas

He saved 7 ppl before being killed permanently. Sure the first time there was a medium but he still got through 6 others before then

so like would he not have died if he didnt save kairi

From death btw.

No

why is the limit 7? thats just sheer poppycock

He abused it again that's why he disappeared

It's 7 because it's a number Nomura likes smugxemnas

Well the first time he made it to the final world Kairi held him together. Then he preceded to save 6 ppl from falling into the deepest depths aka death

The grim reaper just happens to be a heartless seasalt_shinji

the lich isnt even the grim reaper

hes just the guy that turns hearts into heartless

Eh he plays a similar role

Just doesn't shepherd them to the afterlife. Its more so to the deepest depths of darkness

so if sora killed him

Probably, yeah
