favourite is still Xenmas from kh1

his theme works so well for that fight even if you can just strike raid him to death

i feel like sora's movement in kh1 makes the xemnas fight worse than it really is

I found more than half of the kh2 data battles kinda annoying tbh

And there's nothing wrong with that, new things should always be better

If you compare the data battles by saying "A firetrucking sucks and B rules" without giving a reason why, then I agree on what you are saying. But comparing them and see what did and didn't work between them is a valid thing to do.
