Does anyone know why my Ariel's power dropped to 15? (I have 10 of them)

Hmm it says 25 in the album and in the shop, but says 15 there and when I place her in my Deck. I remember her being one of my highest

Where as for example king mickey is 20 in the album and shows up as 32 in my deck

It's her initial power. If you click on her card for details, it'll list her buffed power.
