I have a decent variety of fire cards for colors and some healing or sub healing cards already, so I think I can skip those; especially since the fiery cards lack sub-abilities.

well yes, it technically did: but you had to kill the margoyle in the event in order to get it, so it was basically the same problem (except you had your party instead of being solo)
