looking at a LP of FFVIIR
i appreciate that they went with the characters and models doing actions like FFX instead of FFXIII
FFX was a bit more grandeur with it's hands and body movements and i think it added some 3D FF charm to it. Something that was kinda lost for a more realistic movement in FFXIII and FFXV

FFXII kinda did a mix of both which is why i dont consider it in this comparison

My one complaint so far is that the pacing feels off in spots

FFVII gets its OST less than 2 months after game release, meanwhile kh3 still waiting

the modern JRPG needs Techno-Orchestra. Not full Orchestra, not full techno. a mix of both

and i almost feel that this remake will set that trend if not now then later down the line
