Dialogues are so different language to language it's kinda insane

So IF i go pick it up from game stop after playing the demo

Will i have to go pick up part TWO and THREE from game stop whenever S.E. releases them in 2022 and 2024 to get the physical copy or will part TWO and THREE just be digital content aka DLC
