I might be in the minority here but i do appreciate Kairi calling out that she needs to train and get stronger. Nomura might fudge her over again and not give her the time she needs on screen and as a playable character but it's still nice to see

||So we have currently 2 big directions the story can go on from here:
1. We start with Sora and Yozora in Quadratum and there is a whole thingy with that end of the world
2. We continue to follow Riku, Kairi, and Star Girl and their journey to find Sora (my preferred option)||

 

I think either one will be interesting to see going forward, sure Dark Road is still going on, but those last scenes in MoM really do come off as "hey we are actually going to end the Xehanort thing now

 

 

It would be super interesting if KH4 was a solo Sora game

 

 

i hope Sora actually isnt back in action for a least a whole game or half a game put him out for a bit needing to be saved

 

 

The only thing I didn't like about the fight with Xehanort is that Kairi didn't even get a chance to fight Xehanort when the fight starts even from her own game, that sucks

It's just waiting on how long they want to leave Sora where he is for KH4, unless they really want to say screw it and make Riku the main character of KH4

I do think that the beginning of the next big game tho will be with Kairi and Aqua training. that makes sense as of now

 

 

which if that is the case, i suspect 2022 for KH4, with news or a reveal in 2021

 

 

Likely though the show is definitely just Donald and Goofy going through the whorlds to tell them what happened

 

 

That could be the tutorial of the game. Maybe have a Kairi Dive to the Heart.

 

 

That would honestly be perfectly fine with me. It's simplistic, yet a part of the story.

 

One thing is for certain:

The very fact that Kairi wants to train with Aqua shows more female involvement going forward. Kairi will continue to play a role regardless. Riku might get the seat of protag and the main playable char but, Kairi aint done yet

 

 

which lowkey she is shaping up to be a great fighter so, i dont see any reason to not continue down that pathway

 

 

I have a feeling they are going to pull something and have Kairi leave her training half-way to go to Quadratum and have a big reveal of Kairi as a Party Member.

 

 

i actually think she'll finish it this time. She's a majority of the way there. but yes her big reveal would be Quadratum

 

 

Whether she finishes it or not, I have a feeling she will be following Riku to Quadratum and save him in someway for the big reveal. The seeds of her wanting to go are already there.

That trio is gonna have their roles come to a full close soon. Yen Sid did say that they need to halt their explorations

They already have Riku programed for a traditional combat scenario, so all they need to do is add some combos, give him some abilities, boom.
